4th Extension of ARAR Power Plant.
Project description: This project is the fourth extension of ARAR POWER
PLANT to increase the electricity generating capacity. It includes installation two
SIEMENS gas turbines units with auxiliaries, Generators, iso-phase bus ducts,
generators circuit breaker, power control center, unit auxiliary transformers,
generator step up transformer, HV cables, MV cables, LV cables, RGS conduits
, EMT conduits, cable ladders, cable trays, lighting fixtures and wiring devices
..etc.) and BOP activities (Emergency diesel Generator, MV switchgears, LV
switchgears, Battery chargers, Battery Banks, UPS System, duct bank, lighting
poles, crude oil treatment plant, water treatment plant, air compressor building,
four storage tanks, …..etc.).
-The work responsibility includes:
1) Supervising earthing and lightning Protection systems installation include
earth rods testing.
2) Supervising installation of duct bank, cable ladder and trays, conduits, lighting
fixtures.
2) Supervising cable pulling and laying include continuity and insulation tests,
glanding, and termination.
3) Supervising assembly of MV switchgear, LV switchgears, and transformers as
per vendor manual and drawings.
4) Follow up and contribute in testing and commissioning of Power transformers,
generator circuit breaker, MV switchgear, LV switchgear with commissioning
team.
5) Contribute with start-up teams in energizing different parts of system.
PROJECT #2
Client: Directorate of water services-aseer region.

Project: Water Transmission Pipe Line West Abha Reservoir to Rabeaa and
Rofyda Villages
Project description: this project includes secondary substation connected to
Saudi electricity Grid at 13.8kV to feed 4 large pumps at 400V through Power
transformer 13.8/0.4KV, also include Main distribution switchboard, distribution
panel boards, motor control, lighting panel boards, automatic transfer switch
panel, capacitor bank, and two backup diesel generators with synchronizing
Panel.
-The work responsibility includes:
1) Review technical offers of different electrical system component include but
not limited of transformer, electrical panel RMU, Diesel generators, motors,
cables, telephone system, fire detection and alarm system to check matching with
client specification requirements, then submit the matching offers to client for
approval .
2) Prepare shop drawings to submit to client for approval.
3) follow up electrical material receiving, handling, storage and installation
4) supervise all electrical installation works include but not limited of electrical
panels installation, FACP, PABX, duct bank, cable trays, cable pulling, cable
glanding, cable terminations, earthing and lightning protection system, lighting
fixtures, wiring devices, smoke detectors, heat detectors, smoke beam detectors
Fire alarm bells, and telephones.
5) Testing and commissioning of power transformer, electrical Panels and
energize them.

Project: Pumping Works and Water Transmission Line From Alsad Pump
Station to West Abha Reservoir
Project description: this project include secondary substation connected to Saudi
