Report to the CEO with the responsibility of managing overall HR activities including staffing, workforce planning, recruitment, training, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, counseling and performance management.
- Managing four companies with full support and report to the CEO and company partners.
- Develop strategic plans to meet the organization’s manpower requirements, design recruitment plans for all departments based on seasonal needs and ensure proper utilization of existing human resources to meet our objectives.
- Lead the entire recruitment cycle including designing the recruitment strategy, sourcing new candidates through databases/social media, conducting interviews as well as preparing job descriptions for employees.
- On-board new employees, prepare employment contracts and ensure all pre- employment checks; handle employee termination procedure, conduct exit interviews, analyze reasons and note areas of improvement.
- Develop the company structure and salary structure in line with market in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop HR budget, manage compensation and benefits plans, manage payroll, attendance and leave requests as well as coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for the staff.
- Ensure that compensation & benefits are integrated into HR policies, resolve all employee queries/issues related to compensation & benefits, prepare and submit regular reports on compensation & benefits to the top management.
- Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction; address their grievances through positive and professional mediation; ensure staff complies with relevant health & safety regulations.
- Train the staff on internal policies like OJT, TTT and others, like anti- corruption handling; follow the training for the
- Head of Departments with their staff.
