Responsible for strategic guidance and programs’ implementation all over Pakistan and AJK through a team of program managers, alongside ensuring capacity building of staff and visibility. • Liaison and collaboration with networks for wider sharing and opportunities to collaborate around common interests.
• Ensuring that staff is motivated and skilled to initiate the required change through formal training, workshops and mentoring.
• Ensuring that organizational polices are implemented and understood by the team members.
• Represent Human Appeal on different forums and serve in the core Management team for overall implementation of organizational policies and strategies

Being Manager:
• led the District Islamabad and Rawalpindi program with 25 people in a team.
• Provided an overall technical, programmatic and strategic leadership in five thematic areas including good governance(Child protection, gender mainstreaming, CSOs strengthening), inclusive education (Early Child Education, Mainstreaming out of school, teachers’ training, Collaboration with government for missing facilities in school), health (Mother and child nutrition, Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health) WASH (Drinking water, Community Led total Sanitation), disaster risk management (Building capacities of in resilient living, preparedness Plan, emergency relief) and Livelihood (Vocational training for girls and boys, entrepreneurship, small grants and production houses at community level).
• Ensured that annual operational plan and budget were aligned with the Country Strategic Plan and program cycle management.
• Ensured timely reports to management and donors.
• Programs were conceived through learning of completed programs, community reviews and translated into proposals.
• Ensured that Partners for implementation are assessed according to criteria and followed to ensure the implementation of projects as per agreed framework.
• Ensured the documentation of the organizational learning and reflection in programs through reports, case studies, video documentaries, testimonials and project end reports (including budget) for the donors as per requirements.
• Ensured the close collaboration with line department through signing an MOU/letter of agreement and pursuing the agreed frameworks and built partnerships for collaborative actions.
• Facilitated partnerships for achieving the agreed objectives and their capacity building.
• Being certified facilitator of Plan Academy, Facilitated online courses for staff and outsiders on Child Centered Community Development, Child protection, Tackling exclusion etc.

• I assessed and appraised the NGOs for the partnership under the capacity building support and carried out strategic reviews and need assessments. I also assisted Partner Organizations in reviewing & developing social mobilization and capacity building strategies.
• Developed proposals and budgets for the NGOs and monitored and evaluated them against their work plans.
• Coordinated and conducted capacity building programme of the Partner NGOs according to their need assessment plans especially on topics social Mobilization, Conflict resolution and management, Situation Analysis, PRA tools and gender sensitization.
• Assisted other units like credit, education & health and water management in carrying out different tasks, especially building capacities of partner staff in understanding PPAF’s policies and strategies.
• Actively participated in the immersion of the new areas along with World Bank team and produced reports.

• I supervised and coordinated the activities of the Local NGO (SRSP) in developing policies and plans to ensure the female participation in the development process and with the line departments for timely execution of the work plans.
• Developed liaison with technical institutes of the government and private institutions and facilitated the skill training for the males and females of the communities.
• Developed training modules and delivered training for the capacity building of males and females of the village organizations and for the staff of the line departments on social Mobilization, PRA tools, Conflict resolution and management, CMSTs.
• Facilitated the NGO in preparing annual work plans and budgets for the Social Sector activities along with minutes writing and circulation to all partners. and also facilitated the natural resource management activities with line agencies and ensured timely release of funds and activity reports
