EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
-Processing Leaves such as Annual, Casual, Sick and Emergency Leaves
-Preparing English Documentation such as Salary Certificates, Employment and Experience Certificates, Warning Letter, Termination Letter and Office Memorandum.
-Monitor and update Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
-Offers counselling services to the Employees
-Organizing and updating Employee Files
-Managing Employee Complaints
-Liaising between Employee and Management
PAYROLL
-Collecting Timesheets from Clients on or before Salary Cut-Off
-Confirm with the Employees any Lates, Leaves and absences recorded in their Attendance Sheets
-Computing Monthly Salary, Overtime and Deductions
RECRUITMENT
-Browsing Social Networking sites like Bayt, Linkedin, Qatar Living and Gulf Times for suitable Job Profiles with required skills
-Scheduling Interview for the selected Job Candidates
-Conduct Phone and Initial Interview with the selected Job Candidates
-Performing other assessment of Job Candidates skills, by giving a written examination
-Arranging Final Interview with the Clients for those shortlisted Job Candidates
ADMINISTRATION
-Coordination and Assisting Mandoob for the Work Card Permit, Transfer of Sponsorship and New Visa
-Processing and assisting in QID, Passport, Work Card, Secondment and Health Card Renewal (Hamad and Private Insurance)
-Monitor and Updating Workmen Compensation Benefits
-Monitor the Renewals of all the Recruitment Contract
-Booking Tickets for those Employee’s going on Vacation and Repatriation
-Recruitment (Posting Ads, Checking Applications, Short-Listing, Scheduling Interviews, Initial Interviews)
-Prepare Offer Letters
-Coordinates with Logistics Department regarding Candidates Arrival for Overseas Candidates and Job Order for Employees Transfer
-Data Entry for newly hired Employees in BRIGHT SYSTEM
-Coordinates with Manpower Suppliers as to the request and site requirements for Manpower
-Prepare requests for LPO
-Processes and Monitors Joining/Rejoining, Leave Applications (such as Annual, Emergency, Business Travel, and Long Leave), Resignations and Terminations
-Monitors all Exit and Entry of the Employees via Metrash
-Submitting daily reports for Resignation, Terminations and Long Leave
-Caters to all Trainings requirements from each sites and Coordination with the accredited Training Centers
-Manually updates Employees File thru Group Masterlist and Folders
-Respond and Assist Employees regarding any HR related inquiries
-Other Administrative Works
-Monitors QID and Passport Expiration
-Prepare Employment Certificates (English only)
-Coordinates and processes Employees Transfer
-Assisting Payroll regarding Timesheets plus the knowledge on how to prepare Payroll for Monthly Salaries
