Duties & Responsibilities:
Streamlining erection and installation of different types of Elevator as per site requirements. Customizing and modifying the lift system to accommodate specific applications. Coordinating between different departments, manufactures and contractors for achieving planned designs and smother operations. Managing the installation team and service team towards lower shutdowns and higher efficiency. R&D for reducing the time and cost of installations. Administrative support to office.
O&M of continuous process Phosphate Beneficiation Plant under Electrical Department. Documenting, managing and assigning jobs to junior engineers and electricians. This included attending to breakdowns, planned shutdowns and up gradations of MCC, HV Switch Gears, Motors, UPS, safety switches, PLC panels and overhead cranes. Additionally as Technical Consultant, plant runtime was optimized by eradicating obsolete equipment, switching to wireless data transmission, increased IP protection, better documentation and tighter maintenance cycle. The profile also included basic PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
Installation, Commissioning & Services
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising the installation and commissioning of Vacuum Circuit Breakers at various 11KV & 33KV Grid Sub Stations under Jodhpur Discom (Govt. of Rajasthan). This also included giving field training, testing of MV switchgear and operating instructions. Efficiently managing the maintenance team, with strong knowledge of VCB & Relays and deep insight of the available resources. Additionally, looking after the developments in tenders and completing all the official documentation was also part of job.
