as a Quality Control Engineer at Elsewedy Transformers, a Subsidiary of Elsewedy Electric

• Establish QCP ( Quality Control Plan ) as international standards.
• Lead all QC inspectors.
• Resolving technical quality problems through all production process and in compliance with quality requirements.
• Insure sampling procedures.
• Prepare quality documents (QCP, NCR, Checklist, Quality (monthly, weekly and daily) report, Maintenance reports, ...etc.)
• Prepare monthly First Pass Yield & NCR analysis reports using Pareto charts
• Follow up all test results (Routine, Sample, Type) from the electrical and non-electrical labs
• Take necessary and corrective actions for any complaint.
• Work on several important projects supervising on orders delivered to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan
