Duties:-
Collecting LOD’s from Mall Management Preparing space planning and mall submission drawing for approval.
Visualizing the show room Using 3D and Vray to the management.
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Interact daily with Vendors to interpret their needs and Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Controlling Of complete joinery production According to the Given Drawings
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per Specifications.

• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to Ensure compliance with local construction regulations andby-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending Regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and Monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities In order to meet agreed deadlines. Involved in the day to day Management of clients.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that May arise.
