• Executed the transformation from paperwork to ERP from manual data management to Microsoft Dynamics and record collective inventory.

• Review and design workflows related to supply chain.
• Manage a dozen of direct reports followed by multiple indirect employees.
• Develop quality relationships with demand area such as projects and its consultants, in order to run warehouse operations in an established manner.
• Experience in mobilizing and operating warehouses in projects related to clients such as Saudi Royal Commission, SAR, NEOM and TROJENA.
