Accountable for the achievement of sales volumes by category.
Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract
Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products.
Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.
Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in store
Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf as per company policy and follow up with merchandisers to resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits.
Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with BRF set payment terms.
Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.
▪ Achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area; ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet and make sure that they are well stocked with all our brands and packages
▪ Determine the amount of cases required for next day’s first loading and order the load accordingly.
▪ Maintain a good relationship with the customers at all times.
▪ Develop sales and distribution, in liaison with the Sales Supervisor, vertically by identifying and establishing business relationships with new clients and horizontally by introducing the full range of the products to existing clients.
▪ Submit a daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing the competitors’ activities; complete the route cards, invoices, settlement sheets as well as any other required documents.
▪ Ensure that shortages, outstandings and collections are settled with the Accounts Department and that cash sales are deposited with the Cashier at the end of the day
▪ Reflect high standards of performance in implementing the trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to his routes and customers.
▪ Merchandise the products in the coolers and displays, utilize the Point of Sales (P.O.S.) materials, check the expiry dates in all outlets and rotate stocks whenever required.
▪ Lead the team of Helpers through constant training and merchandising.
▪ Create eye catching product display to attract customer
Responsible for planning and strategizing Sales Plan for allocated territory on monthly basis.
Responsible for going to qualified meetings. Give a complete online demonstration of products.
Conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet
Responsible for preparing proposals for customers based on their needs, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches with the help of Team Manager.
Responsible for prospecting SMEs and explore new markets of potential clients.
Increasing new clients as well as keeping good relationship with existing clients.
Responsible for negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
Responsible for creating and building client relationships.
Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the company.
Provide timely feedback to the Team Manager regarding activities and meetings done with clients.
Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
To develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve targeted sales volume and market share through leading the Business Development Team for the assigned portfolio.
To enthusiastically manage all pre-sales and post-sales activities pertaining to Customer Relationship Management.
To maintain highest level of customer service while efficiently responding to their queries, grievances, and suggestions through leading Sales Coordination Team.
To acquire market intelligence, identify new leads and execute strategy to enhance customer base.
To ensure that the sales operations team maintain the file of each customer with an up-to-date customer profile, all related communication, sales history, sales contract, purchase order, bank details, service scope in Customer Account Management Application
To coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders (including Project Management Team, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers etc.) as per the pre-sales/sales/deployment/service/billing requirements.
