Job Summary:

1. Primarily working in Aconex: Project Workflows, Transmittal, Exporting Aconex Reports in excel, etc.

2. Filing and documentation.

3. Scan and upload paper documents onto a digital filing system.

4. Prepares Daily Progress Report and send it to Delivery Partners.

5. Prepares documentation of Work Inspection Requests; (survey report ITP, pictures, drawing, Aces Lab Test Reports, ) and forward all the documentation to the Lead QC Engineer for checking.

6. Assist all the Engineers for documents needed.

7. Maintain the accuracy of data to avoid QA rejections.

8. Assist the HSE Department to upload reports in Aconex.

9. Make a requestion request for office supplies used.

10. Assisting documentation for Material Inspection Request (MIR).

11. Consolidates and combine all the reports of Work Inspection Requests for Durability and Chemical Test at 7 and 28 Days.

12. Update reports in the server log.

13. Attend the Document Control Weekly Meeting for all the Contractors working at NEOM THE LINE Projects.

14. Coordinate to the person in-charge who are responsible to make a revision of the reports and resubmit in Aconex.

15. Coordinate to the Lead QC Engineer about the reports uploaded in Aconex with code A - Work May Proceed, B - revise and resubmit, C - Do Not Proceed etc.

16. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.

17. Print and distribute documents as needed.
