Ensure implementation day-to-day activities of transportation and facilities management.
Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running condition.
Maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities
Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations
Schedule and arrange duty timing for drivers and other staff like securities, cleaning staff
Responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.
Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of drivers, cleanersand security personnel.

Inspect vehicles for delivery
Arrange technical support to the garage.

Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, DVIR’s, trip reports and invoices.
Review driver’s hours properly and submit apt timecards to payroll.
Support management team to supervise transportation personnel.
informing to the transport manager about the working status of vehicles and machinery tools.
Inspect vehicles weekly and submit report

Responsible for running pre-delivery inspection on vehicles
Timely registration and insurance of all hotel vehicles and ensuring that no vehicle is on the road without the necessary documentation therein
Responsible for reporting any damages or troubles in vehicles to supervisor.
Checking the papers regarding registration and coordinate with garage
