I am responsible for developing the company’s business in the field of gypsum and ceiling systems within the Kuwaiti market. My work begins with obtaining project documents either through personal visits or by email, then analyzing tenders and ongoing projects (Tender & Job on Hand) while reviewing technical and consultancy specifications in accordance with the standards of the Gypsum Association (GA) to ensure compliance with acoustic, thermal, and fire-resistance requirements as applicable for each project.

I prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for all materials and accessories after thorough technical study. I also handle the preparation of both technical and financial offers in coordination with local and international suppliers, analyzing quotations based on shipping, customs clearance, and currency fluctuations, while determining the optimal profit margin in alignment with top management.

I ensure that all technical files and sample boards are presented in full compliance with project specifications, reflecting the company’s professionalism and reliability in front of consultants and contractors.

I contributed to rebuilding the company’s corporate identity by preparing a professional company profile, designing a modern technical catalog covering all product systems, and developing updated sample display boards that represent the company’s image in the market.

I initiated the company’s digital transformation by studying and comparing ERP systems (Odoo - SAP - Focus RT, etc.), successfully convincing top management to adopt Odoo ERP, which significantly improved operational efficiency and workflow speed.

I continuously work on opening new local and regional markets, securing product approvals from government bodies and consultant offices, and preparing accurate market analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making and product development aligned with market trends.

I believe in continuous learning, proactive planning, and daily improvement. My goal is to enhance the company’s readiness for future challenges by proposing short- and long-term development strategies, preventive measures, and innovative solutions to reduce costs, maximize profitability, achieve sustainability, and strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Receive refrigerators for maintenance or refurbishment, register data in ERP system, issue worksheets, inspect and measure units with workshop technicians, record specifications and materials, determine costs and add profit margin. Inform customers of service pricing, delivery time, and final product details, including warranty period. Monitor technicians, record service reports, manage workflow, receive payments, issue invoices and receipts, and deliver completed units while providing documentation to the finance department.

As Assistant Head of the Epidemics and Common Diseases Department at the General Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources, Farwaniya Branch, I managed the export operations of official books for ministries, government agencies, and internal departments. Responsibilities included issuing export and import numbers, organizing archival documents, and dealing with various clerical tasks.

Responsible for managing the product cycle, transactions and supply processes. Duties include issuing production orders, coordinating with warehouse administrators to set up storage, receiving and recording production reports using the companys resource planning system, recording purchase orders, verifying payments with the finance department, coordinating truck loading, ensuring timely delivery, preparing monthly statements, and coordinating delivery Documents, driver schedule management. Improving sales and providing customer support and product advice to maximize satisfaction.

Responsible for supervising operations, receiving, storing and displaying goods, monitoring points of sale, managing cash transactions, assisting in inventory management, assisting customers in completing purchases, as well as assisting in determining the size and classification of expected demand for the next day.

Tasks include full store management, overseeing operations, increasing sales, providing excellent customer service, maximizing profitability, controlling costs, ensuring high appearance and product quality standards, organizing and supervising employees, evaluating daily needs, and optimizing inventory management to balance demand and supply curves, minimizing waste and losses.
