Joined as pre-opening team, and successfully facilitate to opened the hotel. All efforts made hotel during August-2018 CQI 106% & GRI 93% among competitor, ranked number one in the market. Reporting directly to General Manager and indirectly to owning company. Following target achieved.

 Setup MEP systems, ensured technical specification as per company standard.
 Established safety & security system for guest and staff.

 Set-up preventive maintenance plan for machine & equipment.
 Co-ordination between departments in order to achieve smooth operation.
 Inspections, analyzing and day to day update to management, handled consultant / contractor activities, aim to make sure all technical structure implemented.
 Set-up engineering department to take over forthcoming tasks arranged OS&E, setup store, workshop and team spirit.
 Responsible to make budget and planning of CAPEX project.
 Overall responsible for guest satisfaction and smooth operation.

 Ensures that all necessary spare parts, tools, agreements, contracts and suppliers are defined and appointed for a smooth rollout of the process.
