As a Medical Secretary in the Ministry of
Interior I am the one who is in charge in Human Resource
and Administrative works I follow-up Visa, Passport and
Iqama of all the Medical employees and process their documents including Medical, Basic Life Support Seminar,
Data Flow and Saudi Council and completing their documents
by scanning and saving their files to the computer and giving
monthly Salary Pay slips and Money to those who do not
have bank accounts and do administrative works weekly
reports and Monthly Reports and coordinating all the Memos
coming in and out the Ministry of Interior. And assisting the
Medical Director, Project Manager and Hospital Director in the hospital jobs.
