Adding on that we also found a way to market new products (Food Items) to the customer in an attractive way.

Main tasks performed: I was organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers while also receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail while ensuring functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed. Plus I was also responsible for creating reports, memos, and credit notes for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
Adding on that I handled the recruiting, screening and filling in the vacant positions with suitable candidates and also had close contact with recruitment agencies.
