• As a Senior Recruiter my day starts with getting requirement from lead and describes to my Team Members, train and assists them in recruiting and sourcing skills.
• Collecting and receiving candidate information, to select most qualified pool of applicants. Proceeded with comprehensive interviews to discuss career opportunities and identify their fit for available positions
• Facilitating hiring process through negotiating length of assignment, as well as configuring budgeted rates for available positions
• Actively involved in all phases of recruiting -sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, resume formatting, cold calling, resume pipeline management, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing
• Create and allocate requirements in common software tools, allocate monthly targets to the internal team, ensuring the timely joining of the selected resources at client place.
