Overview: Delivering projects for all sectors under Jaidah group: Infrastructure, Supply Chain & logistics,
Oil & Gas, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Supplies, Real estate and Electrical. Developing new
facilities and managing 22 locations currently and providing support services to 11 business units. Cost
saving of minimum 6% achieved per project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Developing business case with budget to accommodate the requirements in adherence to
company's strategic objectives.
• Overseeing the design developments and coordinating with the consultants and engineering
team to ensure alignment with project goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder
expectations.
• Coordinating and obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities, ensuring
compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Leading and managing the tendering process including preparation of tender documents,
organizing bidder conference for vendor negotiations, and evaluation of proposals from
contractors and suppliers.
• Performing technical evaluations and reviewing engineering documents (drawings, timeline,
material submittals, method statements, risk assessment, inspection requests) and material
specifications to ensure feasibility, compliance, and alignment with project objectives and
standards.
• Establishing scheduling and Risk mitigation plans for delays.
• Managing all aspects of projects, managing people, monitoring operations, managing, and
maintaining facilities to ensure efficiency.
• Preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial
accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects and facility
management, ensuring seamless integration and execution of each phase.
• Managing consultants, Contractor, external vendors, Regulatory inspections etc.
• Managing and optimizing facilities, streamlining processes, schedule for PPM and handling all
associated staff.
• Manage budgets and financial resources to complete projects cost effectively.
• Administering and managing contracts, including negotiation, execution, and enforcement of
contract terms and conditions.
• Leading and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project
specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
