As a loan manager in Mustard seed investment credit, i had the following responsibilities; -
- Recommend appropriate loan plans and present to the operation manager for approvals.
- Provide support to service operations to others departments within the bureau
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Assist customers on how to fill account opening form.
- Cash management and deposition into customers account.
