Lead a large team of Ford Parts Specialists, Admin Team, Inventory Team and Warehouse Staff
• Ensure all Team Members follow company procedures and processes
• After Sales Dealer Network Support throughout South East Asia - Cambodia/Myanmar/Laos
• Implement Policies and Procedures to Dealer Network to increase profit/sales
• Very good experience working and securing large international clients on multi-million dollar contracts
• Travel worldwide securing new contracts with important existing partners including UN, US Governments & MOD
• Part of the management team negotiating new tenders with large companies worldwide
• Oversee all aspects of Logistics/Export/Customs and ensure smooth process
• Regularly visit existing customers to maintain excellent working relationships
• Carry out regular Team Training for selling skills to maximise all selling opportunities
• Provide Marketing Training to team members to help achieve more sales
• Control all financial aspects of the department. Profit, Costs, Budgets,
• Focus on selling Obsolete Stock worldwide
• Key member of New contracts being awarded throughout 2017
• Host team monthly meetings/updates to keep team moral high throughout very busy periods
• Implement new processes when required to benefit the company and improve sales and customer service
• Continually focusing on CSI and KPI Performance, Profit/Loss,
• One to One meetings with all team members
• Involved in setting yearly budgets for the department
My role is to lead a large team of Parts Sales Specialists, Sales Admin Team, Stock Control Team and Warehouse Staff.
We supply vehicles and parts to partners/clients around the world. All of our business is export which has given me new skills alongside my extensive knowledge of customer service and sales skills.
My responsibilities are to ensure all clients are completely satisfied at all times whilst also achieving targets/budgets set by the board of directors. Part of my role is to travel to different countries to visit new and existing clients, I am fully conversed with dealing with large complex and corporate clients including US Government and United Nations. I carry out all Sales Training for my team and ensure everybody is continuously improving to ensure our business is a success. My other role is to support the Dealership Network across South East Asia, We give training and coaching to all Sales/After Sales Teams to help increase Customer Satisfaction in Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. My role here has allowed me to gain excellent understanding of dealing with customers/team members from a different culture and environment.
