•Perform of grinding, drilling, and manual hand tapping
•Repair of hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder
•Repair of accumulator
•Repair of hydraulic rotary actuator
•Repair of hydraulic piston pump, hydraulic vane pump, and hydraulic motor (REXROTH and TDZ)
•Repair of hydraulic manual dcv and pneumatic valves
•Repair of wireline pressure test unit (high pressure pump)
•Repair of air operated diaphragm pump (TAPFLO)
•Repair of air-driven liquid transfer pump (HASKEL)
•Perform of hydraulic pressure testing on hydraulic cylinder, manual dcv, wireline pressure test unit, hydraulic valves and accumulator.
•Nitrogen charging of accumulator
Job Description :
•Troubleshoot hydraulic system
•Mostly assigned projects in different GCC countries like Saudi, Bahrain, UAE and Oman
•Installing of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, manual dcv, accumulator, and hydraulic hoses on site (DRY DOCK, CUSTOMER LOCATION, VESSELS and OIL RIGS)
•Pressure testing and hydraulic flushing on site (DRY DOCK, CUSTOMER LOCATION, VESSELS and OIL RIGS)
•Pressure testing of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, accumulator and hydraulic valves
•Dismantle and assemble hydraulic components, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinder and accumulator.
•Maintain coiled tubing yard spooler in good condition
•Repair of crane main hoist
•Repair of anchor winch
•Assemble of hydraulic hoses (Gates brand)
•Assemble of large bore hoses (Gates brand)
•Assemble of ( BLOW-OUT PREVENTER ) BOP hoses (Gates brand)
•Perform pressure testing of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, accumulator, and hydraulic valves.
•Land rig survey of vibrator hoses, (BLOW-OUT PREVENTER )BOP hoses, hydraulic hoses and chemical hoses
to understand the profile and application of different kinds of seals
•Knowledgeable to fabricating hydraulic power unit
•Pressure testing of hydraulic cylinder, valve, pumps and motor
•Installing of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, hoses and valves
•Assemble and dismantle hydraulic cylinder
•Assemble and dismantle accumulator
•Charging of accumulator
