Initiate the development and delivery of a monthly executive summary and financial performance.

•Posting charges to guest accounts, explaining charges which appear on the guest accounts, processing payment from the guest, make necessary correction to the guest account, informing housekeeping department about room status / availability.
•Respond to all guest inquiries and complaints, and conduct collection on active and inactive accounts.
