Under the supervision and direction of the LTO team, provide administrative and
logistical support for observation activities
* Under the supervision and direction of the LTO team, contribute to daily or weekly
reports
* Take notes during LTO team observation meetings and activities to provide written
record of observation developments and assistant in reporting to NDI staff and donors;
* Prepare written reports on other program activities when assigned;
* Assist the LTO team to plan itineraries and assess the local security environment;
* Provide support for local workshops and meetings;
* Collect data related to LTO team activity implementation;
* Attend LTO team meetings and produce minutes of meetings when assigned
•Trained the Registration Center Staff under my supervision
•Collected forms and materials from magisterial office for distribution to the registrars under my supervision

•Visited all 6 registration Centers under my Supervision on a daily basis in 6 different towns
•Handled all issues arising from the field.
•Prepare communities members for the support and acceptance of Voter registration staff assigned in those communities under my supervision
•Assessed the context and current situation of Ebola survivors, Gender-Based Violence, teenage pregnancies, child labor, and access to education, human rights violations, and other protection related issues.
•Documented 12 vulnerable cases for intervention
•Facilitated Community Action Planning workshops
•Mobilized and organized Community Based Protection Committee for revitalization
•Provided psycho social support Ebola survivor and other vulnerable people in the Communities
•Managed, implemented, monitored and reported on all activities done in collaboration with the Maryland County Health Team.
•Trained and empowered with materials, various groups (women, men, peer mentor, traditional leaders, general Community Health Volunteers (gCHVs), Community Health Committee( CHCs ) and youth, women groups) on the prevention of GBV/SGBV and reporting cases at the community level so as to reduce the effect of GBV/ SGBV on maternal health through public awareness using brochures, posters, dramas and songs.
•Worked with other partners including the radio stations in promoting the rights of women and engaging men in the fight.
•Planed and organized activities in term of financial, technical and logistics need.

•Mobilized and facilitated workshops and sporting activities for the purpose of raising awareness on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to include HIV/AIDS in rural communities.
•Established and trained child 17 welfare committees (CWCs) in various communities for the Protection, prevention and smooth reintegration of ex- child soldiers.
•Provided 8 conflict resolution activities (Mediation) with communities and families for the acceptance of ex- child soldiers.
•Carried 57 out family tracing and reunification activities for the reunification of ex- child soldiers to parents or relative.
•Provided psycho social support (recreational, accelerated learning program, disputes resolution among different fighting forces that were housed in one intern care center ICC and children resource center supported by Save the Children UK.
Coordinated, managed and planned all activities of the Adolescent Reproductive Health
(ARH) program in Gbarnga City, Bong County
* Trained Peer educators in selected schools to promote the prevention of STIs and
teenage pregnancy
* Monitored the distribution of preventive commodities (condoms) in schools
* Wrote monthly reports for the department
Managed and operated one of the oldest amateur community radio stations in Liberia to
fill in the gap of print and electronic communication as the result of damages done to this
sector as a result of the civil war. This station was a child focused entity.
* Supervised the daily operation of the station
* Trained child broadcasters for future career development
* Integrated the teaching of child protection and child rights as the main core of the radio
station.

or the sanitary condition of the city
