Providing assistance to the Project Coordination Manager on a day to day basis.
* Responsible for project coordination with all concerned Dubai Authorities doing all
formalities of project applications & submissions.
* Coordinating with Clients and providing them assistance for all documents required for
applying the projects in Dubai Authorities and Master Planner and Developer.
* Architectural Drafting Coordination with Senior Architect as per Dubai Authorities
Building Rules and Regulations.
* Prepare Architectural / Interior design working drawings and 3D models for obtaining
Dubai Authorities permits and tendering.
* Facilitates seamless coordination between Architectural, Structural and MEP Design
Department and following-up working drawings in drafting section.
* Secure and prepare all required submittal drawings and NOC’s (No Objection
Certificates) to Nakheel & Trakhees from Conceptual Design, Building Permitting and
Construction stage of the projects.
* Prepare modification and revision of working drawings and site communication.
* Preparing Architectural Bill of Quantities.
* Served as Document Controller and reports directly to Project Managers.
* Handles Contractor’s request RFI’s needed in the site.
* Answers Action Sheets and Project’s Technical Report from Authorities.
