Building relationship with franchisee to enhance their sales and
giving them insights regarding products.
Help to make them understand a scope of product & consumer
needs.
Categorically define tasks to each store manager to boost up sales
by efficient reporting.
Re-ordering from china and manage it in a smarter way to avoid
stock shortages by making a proper plan considering their lead
times.
Regularly sending proposals to the stores regarding re-ordering on
the basis of analysis.
Periodically, live sessions done twice in a month with stake holders
to listen their issues & provide them with the better solutions.
Moreover, whenever new IP (Products) launches we have to
enlighten stake holders regarding it so they can induct them as
well to gain maximum consumer interest in their specific stores.
Extensive use of (SAP ERP SYSTEM) as it provides better
understanding among business and ensure transparency as well.
