Being a teaching professional, I use various teaching methods and materials to educate the students in a particular area and also possess specialist knowledge on certain topics. Moreover, I take the lead in the following domains: imparting knowledge, providing resources and materials for learning, Understanding the curriculum to plan the assessments, assimilate knowledge at a different level of students from their peers, devise effective strategies to ensure students' strengths and weaknesses, serves as a source of guidance and motivation, a positive role model to students, offers encouraging words to motivate them to reach their goals, takes responsibility for completing administrative duties, and applies critical thinking skills to identify teaching strategies that are in a student's best interests, align with the institution's standards, and develop strategies to help them maintain a productive work-life balance.
• Create, develop, and deliver lesson plans and teaching resources that support students' active learning. • Designs lesson plans, work schedules, and test plans in compliance with established protocols. • Teach and monitor students as they use the tools and resources for learning. • To assist and differentiate education, use pertinent technology. • Control student conduct in the classroom by establishing rules and regulations and following them. • Offer pertinent feedback on the completed job. • Support and keep an eye on each student's development, and utilise data to modify your teaching methods. • Keep complete and precise student records of their growth and development. Engage in suitable professional activities. • Take part in extracurricular activities as instructed, including clubs, student organisations, athletics, and social activities.
