BTS O&M AND RF:

•Having experience in O&M Of Lucent(MOD 4, MOD 4.B, C4400), ZTE(RC, I3, I4, C) and Huewei(3012, 3900, 3900A(OD), 3006C).
•Responsible for the wireless RF operations of CDMA, GSM & EVDO network consisting of RAN, BTS (base stations).
•VSWR testing for Measurement of return loss & Power Calibration of feeder cables.
•Trouble Shooting Hard ware Problems In Huawei, Lucent, ZTE BTS Resolving the Issue Without violating SLA. With out interrupting the network.

DRIVE TEST:
•Done RF Drive in DEDICATED/IDLE mode along with SHORT & LONG CALLS
•Having Experience in Bench Mark Drive Test .
•Having experience in Base Line drive test.
•Having experience in TRAI QoS testing GPRS, 1x and HSD.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS:
•Location Visiting For Customer Complaints For Network Signal, HSD Signal, Resolving the issue before Violating SLA.
•Coverage Enhancement Planning with Repeaters & In-Building solutions.
•Having Knowledge in Celletra, Astra, Kaveri repeaters installation and maintenance.
•Resolution of all Network and Coverage related customer complaints within agreed time limits.
EMF:
•Done EMF Servey In RCOM Project, and having Knowledge In reports.
•EMF TESTING doing in filed Broad band and spectrum mode using Narada SRM testing meter.
•EMF data preparation and submission to term cell.
•Preparing EMF Monthly reports and submitting at term cell office.
•Generating BTS inventory reports and EMF reports on monthly basis


MICROWAVE AND TRANSPORT:
•Having experience in Microwave IDU And ODU Installation And trouble shooting.
•Having knowledge in NEC Paso Link, Paso Link+, IP Radio IDUs
•Having experience in Nortel OMEs(N61, N63, N67, N66).
•Having Experience in clearance of RSL deviations in Microwave PDH&SDH .
•Having Skills In E1 Throughing From Fiber And MW To BTS ENDS.
•Having experience in UBR links installtion and commissioning.



Present Technical Skills:-

•Installing & Commissioning Lucent Mod Cell 4.0 Mod Cell 4B.
•Installing & Commisioning Huawei BTS 3012, 3900
•Installing & Commisioning ZTE BTS Type I3, Outdoor & Indoor BTS.
•TRAI QOS DATA Testing with AZQ mobile tool.
•Having Knowledge in MW IDU And ODU Installation And trouble shooting.
•Have experience on drive test with Nemo tool
•Attending Customer Compliant Field Visit and Resolving the network Issues.
