Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for Individually Handling
Accounts and Admin.
• Postings of Receipts and Payments Using Tally ERP
& Responsibilities:- Responsible for Handling Accounts and
Auditing.
•
Preparation Sales tax report & filling VAT, PT, TDS filing and
returns monthly.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts.
• Preparation of
& Responsibilities: - Responsible for Handling Payroll
work and Accounting.
• Preparing and analyzing accounting records and
financial statements reports.
• Preparing Purchases order & Inward Verification reports.
• Preparation of Journal Vouchers & Preparing forms and manuals
for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.
• Verification of Expenditure Bills and Travelling Bills & Salary JV
Verification.
• Control on Admin expenses at office, warehouse and shop level like
Stationery, electricity, water, telephone, vehicle maintenance etc.,
by putting some checks and internal controls.
• Assigning entries to proper accounts & studying the reports given
by auditors and CA and submitting it to the Management.
• Handle any incoming customer queries in a professional
