• Developed Invoicing system for the company, developed code and connect it with the Azure SQL back end, invoicing system is the part of customized ERP system already developed in the company and project was to incorporate it into the ERP system
• Answerable to management on the flow, facilitate and fix issues in the ERP system code.
• Supporting all the desktop and laptop machines alongside with Server support, Windows Active Directory permission, MS Exchange Account create and distribution list. Deploying emails on the phones onsite and remotely.
• Carrying out necessary steps in the TEST environment before pushing it to Live Production environment so the risk of any mishap in Live and user support is taken care off.
• Maintaining and following the Tickets for each user and log issue and resolutions
• Each time the issue is addressed the steps taken to resolve the issue are maintained in IT infrastructure documentation manuals.
• With support role and day to day user maintenance, used my Crystal Report and database knowledge to design and implement report to SAP Crystal Report Server.
