Conducting orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Evaluating records to forecast department personnel requirements.
Making recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Preparing reports concerning room occupancy.
Managing the cleaning to ensure the level of service is maintain to high cleaning standards at all times.
Reporting of monthly consumption of consumables such (hand sanitizer, gym wipes etc.)
Conduct cleaning inspection to venues and ensure Toilets, Entrances, Offices, Hallways, Field of Play, Car parks are well maintaining as per the cleaning standard at all times.
Daily inspection of cleaning operatives to ensure PP E's are being followed based on the Safety Standard as per on their cleaning activities on a daily basis.
Daily inspection of Housekeeping trolleys must be equipped with enough consumables, chemicals, cleaning tools and PP E's.
Daily inspection of cleaning machine to ensure are all in a good condition.
Reporting of any building defects to concern department.
Monitoring of Events (pre, during and post event)
Ensure cleaning and deployment plan are followed.
Ensure the events are ready and clean at all times.
Conduct inspection of consumables and cleaning equipment to be use in event.
Preparing/proposing manpower deployment plan to client.
Report any technical issues to concern engineering department for their immediate assistance prior to the event.
Acting as Senior Officer in behalf of Housekeeping Manager when the manager is on leave.
Monitoring of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning activities as per the yearly schedule.
Monitoring of any pest issues and same to be reported to Pest Control agent.
Daily inspecting of the camp grounds to ensure cleanliness is up to per.
