Founder Of the company to answer to all matter regarding mining project developpent
Responsible for coordinating all of Impact Africa's activities and managing the funds allocated to
the financing of these activities with diligence and efficiency and, in accordance with technical,
economic, administrative, financial, health management standards and practices. Safety and

Consolidate the overall reports on the progress of the current plan to present to the technical and financial partners
Led roll-out of Implementation of HSE-Management System tools.
Manage the design, implementation, and assessment of internal controls and risk prevention initiatives. Monitor business processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards and mitigate occurrence of fraudulent activities.
Drive continuous improvement in rapidly changing business models and integrate compliance requirements and controls in to various commercial operations across a global network.
Partner with senior staff and administrative personnel to define requirements and devise
solutions to address specifications in vigorous environments.
Launched the Compliance Program to enforce adherence to regulatory guidelines and good governance practices, including the implementation of anti-bribery and anti-trust protocols and procedures.
Spearheaded risk management practices to reinforce alignment with organizational risk strategy.
Lead the roll-out of the RioTintocompliance training system and data reporting to involve employees about our way we work, business integrity, anti-bribery and harassment etc…
