Co-ordinate with governmental authorities for issuance of
entry permits, residence request, residence cancellation and
visit visa.
• Assist the office in determining any issues identified with
organization vehicle registration and renewals.
• Acquire visas from different embassies in UAE for staff
members for business related travels.
• Distribute postal services to its concerned departments.
• Organize medical tests for new employees.
• Arrange accommodation for new employees.
Present vehicle selections best suited to each customers
stated needs which may include vehicle test drives.
• Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-
owes”, and special requests to ensure that all customer
expectations are met.
• Generate new business by prospecting, making follow up calls
to customer base and referral sources, and educating all
potential customers on products and incentive programs,
attend all training meetings.
Oversee all acitivites occurring in the vehicle showroom
• Set sales goals, track progress and lead them to achieve and
exceed those quotas.
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile
the necessary reports for dealership management to review
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales
• Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
