1. Fast track work to complete remaining balance of structure, arch. & interior design, furniture and infrastructure works;
2. Existing formwork has to be redesign in house to suit site conditions;
3. Special aluminium welding team engaged to counter formwork modification issue;
4. Three separate teams engaged to encounter current, rectification and left out works on site;
5. Detail monitoring of logistic and material stocking on ongoing works;
6. Command of detail inter-phasing stage due to complex structure and architecture design;
7. Special architecture coordination team to manage design issue and integration with Interior design;
8. Administer all testing and commissioning for all M&E related requirement;
9. Be incharge of rearranging main contractor and Nominated Sub Contractor to mitigate progress related issues.

5.Managing all testing and commissioning for all M&E related requirement;
6. Assisting project manager to compile all As-Built Documents for submission and approval;
7. Spearhead all meeting in case Project Manager and Site Manager not available to attend;
8. Communicating with proposal and design related matter with client.
