Over 15 years of experience in refinery CDU, LPG, Gas plant worked as a field operator/process
operator/panel operator DCS in SONATRACH company. During this time, I learned a lot about this
type of work and I know what it takes to ensure the safety of the workers.
I am very observant with the ability to pay close attention to my surroundings. I know and
adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to help reduce the risks of accidents resulting
in injuries or down time. I am also familiar with the Hazardous Materials Transportation
Regulations.
I have outstanding decision-making skills and the ability to identify problem areas, assess the
risks factors and determine if a solution can be implemented to reduce the health risks or if
an alternative plan must be used. I am team oriented but I have the ability to work
independently to complete projects on time. I have the patience and motivation to work in
this potentially dangerous and very stressful environment without losing focus on the job at
hand.
Traveling to different locations is not a problem and I have extensive knowledge of the tools
and machinery used in this industry. I also have the physical stamina and strength needed to

Responsibilities
• Conduct daily inspections at each well heath including recording flow rates pressure and temperature data checking fluid levels the electrical generator the hydraulic system safety valves producing daily reports from the data collected and reporting any maintenance requirements.
• Conduct specific assignments related to operating equipments and systems (such as test separators gas traps; gas skids; safety cabinets; manifolds; chokes, pig receivers; and launchers) under direct instructions.
• Maintain surface equipments at the wellhead; including checking hydraulic levels; testing safety valves; inspecting for gas leaks; and taking appropriate action to rectify this.
• Carry out wellhead sampling according to prescribed programs and observe service companies carrying out such work; return samples for analysis and testing to laboratory when necessary.
• Prepare the wellhead towers and sub-sea pipelines for maintenance as per the established procedures when required; accompany the instrument/ Mechanical/ Electrical technicians to explain defects / defaults ensuring safe preparation of equipments for routine planned maintenance; and test such repaired equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and apply corrective action in the case of plant shutdown
• Perform reporting of daily activities; unsafe condition and PTW audit
• Participate in safety meeting within the operation organization, share HSE information issues with the group members and provide input
• Involve testing safety equipment and all alarm systems periodically tonsure safety and plant emergency preparedness
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure there are no pollution in the environment
• Monitor chemical and consumables material usage as well as ensuring that all chemicals are handled properly according to MSDS instructions
• Competent in inlet facilities operation for sour Gas (slug catchers; separators; steam reboilers; Heat exangers; Steam Turbine Compressor, Condensate stabilization/ column; pomp, Fin-Fan Coolers and Gas Metering; Fixed
Roof storage Tanks and utilities, Drinking/ service/ cooling Water, Nitrogen; service/ Instrument Air, Fire, Water Network.
• Routine checkup of process parameters equipments (pumps compressor gas and steam turbine and heater )
• Maintaining safe and smooth operation and safe working procedure in the plant
• Controlling and maintaining process parameters as technical specification
• Co-ordinate all operations and maintenance activities to attain production target
• Reporting all abnormalities and failures to control room and take corrective action
• Safe handling of plant during power failure and utility failure
• Maintaining records for auditing and updating check list
• Co-ordination with technical and maintenance service department for smooth plant operation
• Confined space entry training certificate
• DCS (YOKOGAWA; HONEYWELL; FOXBORO)
• Fire and Gas detection ESD system
• Environment safety training
• Different levels of computer training
• Lead field and panel operations in case of emergency such as ESD PSD gas leak fire evacuation etc
• Making work orders for maintenance activities through SAP
• Ensure all operations to be carried out according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
