Communicating and introducing new product developments to prospective clients.
Introducing new business ideas to top management and new trainings and programs to staff to develop advance skills.
Market study and search for new clients to introduce company services and products.
Equally involved in day to day project activities and operations to monitor ongoing work progress and maintaining client expectations and completion of project within time frame.
Weekly project meeting with project manager to check progress graphs of the projects and to overcome projects difficulties.

Supervision, monitoring & evaluation of overall project activities of contractors as landscape specialist.
Introduce and propose suitable plants types to use in new projects and existing for client or top management approval to Barwa Real Estate Company.
Assess the onsite condition to overcome the possible problems with effective solutions to complete the Projects in time as per the client’s requirement.
Prepare and maintain various operation records and reports such as daily/weekly/monthly activities and operation reports.
Also involve in soft services like cleaning and others along with landscaping supervision.

▪ Plan, schedule and execute the construction and maintenance programmed to meet the client
requirement.

client’s approval.
▪ Assisting the draughtsman to prepare AS BUILT drawings and supports on completion of the work.
▪ Supervising/monitoring installation of irrigation system like sprinkler systems, irrigation cables,
solenoid valves, installation of various controllers etc.
▪ Checking of irrigation systems, programming of irrigation controllers periodically and/or according to
plant type and climatic conditions.
▪ Importing and providing of different types of trees, shrubs and indoor plants from the Asian and
European countries as per the Clients requirement.
▪ Review and analyze the soil test results to check the pH, micronutrient deficiencies and formulate the
fertilizer and nutrition programmed for shrubs, ground covers and trees.
