Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing tender works including understanding scope of works and sufficient cost estimation
- Monitoring and controlling project related expenses and ensure meeting project budget.
- Reporting directly to managing director
- Preparing and reviewing subcontractor and client payments.
- Preparing documents and representing company in client meetings
- Managing site procurements
- Preparing client and subcontractor contracts
- Managing and coordinating between subcontractors (MEP, structural, waterproofing and finishes)
- Managing on-site construction personnel
- Quantity surveying for ongoing projects
- Preparing shop drawings
- Establishing construction schedules to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Initial site checks and preparing site mobilization plans

Job Responsibilities
- Delivering high-end turnkey swimming pool projects.
- Responsible for all project phases such as design, construction, procurement, handing over and maintenance.
- Quantity surveying.
- Site investigations.
- Preparing contract for subcontractors.
- Managing various specialized subcontractors.
- Reviewing, releasing and following up subcontractor payments.
- Overseeing and approving nominated specialized subcontractors from negotiating stage until final handover.
- Supervising all civil work in residential, commercial and renovation swimming pools.
- Maintaining quality of work done in sites.
- Coordinating work with company’s internal divisions such as Electromechanical Department, Procurement Department and Sales Department.
- Material procurement, scheduling and delivery.
- Commissioning and handover to client.

Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway Project (Main Link) (RA/140)
Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad bridge spans across Kuwait is a 36 m bridge linking the northern region of Kuwait to the southern region. The bridge mainly provides a shorter route from Kuwait City to Subiyah where the normal route is 104 km long. The project consists of the design, build, completion, and maintenance of the bridge costing KD 740, 000, 000 within 5 years.
Scope of Work
The project consists of building and completing the following:
• 200 offshore piers from Shuwaikh to the South Island,
• Precast manholes for South Islands
• 4 onshore ramps
• 2 enlargement ramps
• 2 abutments on South Island
