Develops new products, According to the organization's product
development plans. researches, creates and build prototypes to satisfy
product design specifications .
• Assists the Designer in choosing and examine the materials, try to explore
new or unfamiliar material.
• Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products
according to changing customer needs. product complaints /dissatisfaction
or internal production difficulties. Reviews adaption of existing products .
• Assists in the development of test requirments and any special testing
equipments to establish product and performs testing of prototypes
accordingly to verify product reliability and performance requirements .
• Create the development documentation for new products or product
changes - documentation include bill of marerials, production specifications
Responding to breakdowns.
• Repairing equipment.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
