- Leading IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture programs for migration and delivery support for large focus client portfolio
- Drive creation, development and deployment of complex cross geo delivery programs with focus on cost management and delivery profitability.
- Provide mentoring and leadership strategies around creation and optimization of program delivery from development center, India for offshore/near-shore account transition, business process migration and new business engagement
- Provide mentoring and leadership strategies along with P&L accountability around creation and optimization of program delivery from global development center, business process migration and new business engagement.
- Stakeholder and management reporting to CXO level geo head and steering committee representation to program governance board.
