Own account portfolio for MEA MS-CRM based FinTech product suite deployment, upgrade and customization projects with a TCV of USD 18M.
Refresh and prioritizes the backlog regarding strategy, customer interests and feasibility as product owner and in consultation with the Head, Client Value Management.
Design, map and improves the performance of Customer Journeys through identifying and collecting available CX and data, and translating UX and IT-landscapes.
Responsible for Program Profitability, EPMO governance and program performance reporting
Support Pre Sales in account mining and new logo pitch
Pool of Department (POD) owner with direct reports across continuous improvement, development, project, governance, compliance and reporting teams
- Leading IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture programs for migration and delivery support for large focus client portfolio
- Drive creation, development and deployment of complex cross geo delivery programs with focus on cost management and delivery profitability.
- Provide mentoring and leadership strategies around creation and optimization of program delivery from development center, India for offshore/near-shore account transition, business process migration and new business engagement
- Provide mentoring and leadership strategies along with P&L accountability around creation and optimization of program delivery from global development center, business process migration and new business engagement.
- Stakeholder and management reporting to CXO level geo head and steering committee representation to program governance board.
