Leading the HR department team in performing
HR and Administration-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior Management. Roles and responsibilities are in the following functional areas: Benefits administration, Performance Management, Recruitment, Personnel Records, Employee and/or Labor relations, Training,
Payroll, and Policy and Procedure development and
implementation
1. Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; contributes in the development and implementation of
personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and
procedures manual
2. Perform benefits administration, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment process until onboarding (New Employee Orientation)
4. Manage departing employee off-boarding processes
5. Support performance management processes
6. Assist with the planning and management of training programs
7. Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
8. Maintain compliance with existing UAE Labor Law regulations
9. Responsible for various monthly, quarterly and annual reports
10. Plan and organize company events to motivate and improve employee engagement
11. Verify payroll reports and other finance-related reports ( final settlement, leave salary, etc)

Full life-cycle recruitment activities in 4** Hotel
1. Administration of the entire recruitment and selection process to all level positions from line to executive roles including, but not limited to, assessment and preliminary interviews, job offer preparation, processing of pre-employment requirements, contract creation and other related procedures until employee boarding.
2. Coordination with third party service providers to ensure sufficient manpower supply.
3. Gathering, validation and consolidation of information and preparation of periodic reports for monitoring employee turnover and overall recruitment updates and performance
4. Coordination with respective department representatives to facilitate administration of efficient recruitment and placement procedures.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with universities to build a diverse pool of applicants.
6. Managing the applicant tracking and pipeline development for current and future recruiting needs in different departments.
