Client Servicing & Sourcing of manpower*:
•Observing joining formalities on time.
•Monitoring & handling screening, Recruitment & Induction of offroll / outsourced employees
•Streamlining Bulk hiring activities for profiles like Delivery Executives, Sorters etc for clients like Delhivery.com, Parcelled, Flipkart, Vulcan Express, GoJavas etc.
•Salary structure & compensation management considering internal company’s policy on compliance and client’s budget profile wise.
•MIS management - Statutory compliance - PF / ESIC / Bonus / Insurance / Appointment letters, Bank A/c, verifying educational & work experience docs and other employee records.
•Offroll Employees grievance handling and providing solutions.
•Clients’ grievance handling pertaining to HR services, Compliances and Payroll management.
•Campus hiring for core employees and local Vendor registrations and managing them for getting recruitment support from rural areas.
• Monitoring performance of internal core team and also supporting client’s in employees’ performance management based on parameters set by them.
•Infrastructure management - Managing brokers & finalising office space as per client’s requirement and also setting up of the same along with asset management like laptops, installing AC etc. (Provided this service to SBI Cards & Payments Ltd)

•Supported & streamlined activities for a major Power Distribution Company in Bihar with 450+ outsourced manpower during labour strikes by regularly attending the hearings at the Labour Commisioner office in Bihar and also addressing the unions and employees.
Business Development and Incharge - Franchisees (All India).
Role: 1) Concept marketing of “Recruitments”, “Staffing Solutions (Temp Staffing), Payroll Management (Outsourcing), and “BVS” (Background Verification Service).
2) Developing Genius Franchisees across India, Training & motivating the existing Franchisees regarding Business Development of HR Services and providing solutions to their issues.
3) Keeping a track of -:
a) PF, ESI, CV, Appt Letters & Bank a/c of the associates who are in Genius payroll and are maintained by the Franchisees and ensuring that the joining formalities are observed on time.
b) Business Development & Recruitments taking place in the regions where the Franchisees are present.
4) Leading a team of Centre Executives present in each Franchisees / Operational Centres.
