• Engineer maintenance activities for 132/11 KV transformers
and switchgear.
• Perform Erection Procedures of Transformers under safety
standards by ensuring proper Marking and Center of gravity
also conduting arrangement for whole parts like Cable boxes,
BCH, Protection Devices, Conduct Proper installation and
Vaccum, Oil Filtration as Per Requirements
• Perform Different kind of Test like Winding Resistance Test
Stability Test, Tandelta Test, Vector Test, TurnsRatio, SFRA, IR
for transformers
• Perform and oversee OLTC (On Load Tap Changer)
maintenance and operations for 132/11 KV 35 MVA and
132/33 KV 75 MVA transformers.
• Calibrate transformers to maintain optimal performance.
• Execute OLTC maintenance, including troubleshooting, oil
drain, and refilling procedures.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of 11 KV switchgear.
• Conduct troubleshooting and testing of switchgear systems
like CRM, High Pot, Timing Test to ensure reliability.
• performed maintenance activities at KOC plant substations.

• Operate and maintain 5 MVA (33 kV/11 kV) transformers.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of 33 kV indoor vacuum
circuit breakers (VCB), including Megawin-made VCBs.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of on-load tap
changers.
• Perform operation and maintenance of CT (Current
Transformer), PT (Potential Transformer), and CVT (Capacitor
Voltage Transformer).
• Handle the operation and maintenance of capacitor banks.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of 110 volts, 200 Ah
batteries and rectifiers.

• Operate and maintain 12.5 MVA (110 kV/11kV) transformers.
• Operate and maintain SF6 circuit breakers, including 110 kV
outdoor models from GEC-ALSTOM and 110 kV units made by
Crompton Greaves.
• Oversee and manage operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and control equipment performance and ensure
operational efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on
machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and
operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory
standards.
• Coordinate with other shift engineers and maintenance teams
for smooth operations.
