Plans and implements the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations and policies. Supports Cardiologists with service delivery and resources. also responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. . Typically reports to top management. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. i have full authority for personnel actions and monitor the final result
Registered Nurse and Technician in Cardiovascular CATH -lab and Paediatric CATH lab at QAHI (queen alia heart institute centre) in the ROYAL MEDICAL SERVICE for1 year from 2014 -2015.Amman-Jordan
Registered Nurse in CATH -lab at QAHI which consists of 5 operation rooms in which diagnostic procedures exceed 11000 per annum and intervention exceed 3500 per annum.
QAHI hospital joint commission international accreditation and its tertiary centre consist 200 beds for all type of cardiac case cath. Lab.: I am working as runner or scrub nurse in all of the following
*Routine Diagnostic left and right heart Cath.
*record and monitor hemodynamic of patent during all type CATH procedure and perform 12lead ECG.
*percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)
*percutaneous transluminal intervention (PCI).
*coronary stinting (Drug eluting pare metal). And cutting balloon and Rot ablator.
**Balloon mitral valvuplasty.
*Balloon aortic valvuplasty.
*Balloon pulmonary valvuplasty.
*co- arctation dilation (Balloon-stent).
*Aortic stinting (covered bear), and branch pulmonary angioplasty and sept ostomy.
*Valve assessment and PT shunt assessment.
*SVC angioplasty and central line insertion.
*PDA closure coil and device.
*ASD closure by devise and VSD closure by device.
*Temporary pace maker.
*Permanent Pace maker.
*Device removal.
*Pace maker lead extraction.
Pace maker lead implantation.
* perform IVUS/FFR/IFR Images
*prepare everything need in department of cath. Lab.
