Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiry
- Manage CRM Dynamics, Salesforce, Power Apps, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Zoominfo
- Act as the subject matter expert on product offering/solution development skills and schedule appointments and demos for Credit Insurance
- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence

- Managing 50 SME/Corporate/Multinational accounts
- Trade Credit Insurance product to be sold (B2B)
- Measuring on set KPI’s such as outbound calls, call conversion, queries, complaints etc
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle and client relationship from 2 weeks up to 1 month
- Responsible for selling contracts with a value of USD 10, 000- USD100, 000
