Over 30 years experience in commercial and residential Real Estate development industry. Commercial developments: Employed by Olympia and York development company, among other north american developments, I held active duties while building the Canary Wharf in London England.
Residential Developments: Owner of Optima Homes, specialized in luxury residential developments. Due to the market size I was operating in, I never had the opportunity to even to be close to the magnitude of development taking place in Dubai. There are two larger companies I would love to work for. One is Nakheel developments and the other one is Sobha Developments. Not to misunderstand my objective, I would also love to share my knowledge and grow and develop together with other, smaller organizations as well.
