Role:
Project planning /updatation : Planning of Project as per the project scope/contract. Updating the project (Both new
expansion & GRTA) Plan Vs progress on daily basis, weekly basis, monthly.
Monitoring of Project & Resources: Monitoring of project, resources reference to plan, conducting the daily and weekly
meeting with construction team, service team and supporting team, understanding the concerns, resolving/recording
the and escalating the same to ensure the project flow as per the requirement.
Identifying the issues/concerns, communicating to concerns, recording, follow up to resolve the issues.
Procurement follow-up: Monitoring and follow up of Procurement and Fabrication of the project and finalizing scope.
Preparation and Attending of the contractors and internal management meeting and ensuring the proper flow of
project as per the requirement.

Role:
Project Initiation: Understanding project scope and finalization of Project/equipment requirement /Modification by
discussing with contractor/construction.
Project planning /Budget: Project planning, Preparation of final budget and getting approval from management,
monitoring the budget to complete the project within budget.
Monitoring procurement operations, : which includes, Conceptualizing & equipment finalization, for the assembly line and
testing line, searching of new supplier (local & overseas), raising RFQ, quotation comparison, budgeting and approval,
negotiation and following-up vendor/supplier for status till receiving of the equipment
Project Installation and commissioning: Performing installation & commissioning of new equipment and closing open
points/issues.
Project planning /Budget: Project planning, Preparation of final budget and getting approval from management,
monitoring the budget to complete the project within budget.
Monitoring of Project Status and update: Ensuring the Fabrication control and supervision of Piping spool fabrication,
supports structure, and monitoring the Project as per the project plan and updating the DPR, WPR, Monthly sign off plan
to customer and management.
Quality Inspection/NDT follow up: Ensuring the NDT/Inspection of Piping Spool, Equipments, inward material as the
approved procedures, Planning of NDT backlogged and ensuring the proper inspection process to achieve the monthly
target.
Procurement follow-up: Monitoring and follow up of Procurement and Fabrication of the project and finalizing scope.
Worked as Contractor’s Site Rep for Offshore installation and execution for topside modification and associates piping
hookups and further mechanical completion.
Contracts interface and Management for piping and related structural fabrication and Insulation.
Resolving Interface issues in co-ordination with Client and Sub contractor of daily yard piping fabrication and material.
Provide marketing support, perform contract verification and PO acceptance
Define project, check critical material BOM, Design drawings, Arrangement of kick-off, new project initiation and prioritizing in ERP along with assigning WBS wise budget, quality and resource allocation to ensure the timely execution of project.
Project Planning and approval: Planning/Scheduling of the project, getting customer approval for Project Planned project (Project baseline-Approval)
Project Execution: Review and status follow up of PO, Design, Material, Build and service team with Personnel involvement and with the help of ERP and updating to customer.
Developed Qualified PIO Data from the customer and Sales Department and cost estimates
Project Installation and commissioning: Follow up of Project installation and Commissioning and internal commutation and clearing the onsite issues.
ISO Audit: Attending the ISO audit and clearing the compliances
Performed troubleshooting and imported technical advice to Production, Site, Vendors, and so on
Design and execute the R&D project.
Project Installation and commissioning, worker/Team management.
Planning of installation, updating to the customer and head office.
Identifying and clearing the onsite issues and updating the same to head office for future project.
Taking the corrective action by the local vendor/suppliers, which includes, searching the new vendors, quotation comparison, getting budget approval from head office and trail and commissioning.
Communicating to consultant, supplier/Vendor and head office for technical support and onsite issue.
Follow up of account team for labor salaries, site supplier/Vendor payments.
Attending customer weekly meeting, updating the action plan to customer and head office.
Operation training and handover of project to customer.
Completed B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, in 2016 from Khaja Banda Navaz College of Eningeering Gulbarga. Also got Membership from "Kuwait Engineers society" since 16-Jun-2018.
