Responsibilities:
· Focal person for training university students on Journalism,
· Looking for trainers to take part in training students in 3 universities in 3 different regions in Tanzania (Mwanza, Zanzibar, and Dar es Salaam),
· Assist university with equipment to facilitate the training in journalism,
· Training CSO’s on how they can deal and connect with the media,
· Train journalists on social media including all its applications,
· Managing Internews Tanzania social media accounts, and
· Documenting success stories from projects and publishing them on internews global and local websites as well as social media.

Increase Social Media Traffic and followers for 360% in 10 months
Audit 20 Community Radio Social Media Accounts and advise accordingly in order to increase traffic
Train More than 300 University Students in 12 weeks - practical Radio production
Responsibilities:
· In charge of fellowship for one year for 20 journalists in Tanzania
· Prepared training modules for community radio journalists,
· Selected and recruit 20 journalists suitable for the fellowship program,
· Hired trainers suitable for modules,
· Managed the budget and financial requirements of the program,
· Prepared field trips for 20 journalists to do coverage,
· Trained 20 journalists on digital storytelling,
· Supervised 20 journalists campaigns over their radio stations,
· Mentored 20 journalists and assisted them to conduct investigative reporting,
· Wrote reports for every training module and participated in preparing the project report including the financial documents.

4 fellows won Awards in Journalism excellence - EJAT 2018
Responsibilities:
· Edited TBC website and social media accounts,
· Produced an election program entitles “MY VOTE” (KURA YANGU) focused on educating citizens on the importance of participating in elections,
· Interviewed with political position aspirants,
· Covered high-rank government officials press requirements outside the country,
· Performed related administrative duties as was assigned by directors.

I Recruited and Mentor 2 employees who took my place as online editor after I resigned

KURA YANGU was the best election in 2015 by the Board of Directors
Because of KURA YANGU, I got the chance to report the USA 2016 Election in 4 states in the US
I did research on how a magazine can help to change students perception on HIV/AIDS education
