1. Takes call and answers inquiries regarding airline matters;

3. Informs traveler/s of the new flight schedule due to cancellation.
On tourist/visit visa
4. Supplies customer with pertinent information about tourist/visit visa;
5. Applies visa application/s by submitting pertinent documents to the company’s visa supplier;
6. Monitors client’s records to avoid penalty.

7. Maintains a systematic record filing;
