spend of more than AED 240 Million per annum for an Organization that comprises of
Facilities Management, Luxury Hotels, Shopping malls, Golf clubs, Marina & Yacht clubs,
Residential buildings etc.
• Providing long term contracts to reduce workflow time by 60% & assure lowest prices with
target of 15% quarterly.
• Centralize the inventory, Printing Solutions, Transport & Stock for the group companies
• Controlling fast & slow moving material with weekly inventory stock maintenance.
• Achieved cost avoidance of 7%, approx AED 720, 000 on the annual spend through the
application of strong negotiations and procurement strategies in Annual Maintenance
contracts.
• Introduced Vendor rating system and reduced the number of vendors by 40%
• Improved consumption savings in FY 2017 by 10% and contributed to AED 5M total cost
savings of the entire group
• Promote a strong commitment to a quality culture, implementing standards of excellence
and a continuous improvement business focus.
• Key Member from Procurement team along with the Tech team to Implement SAP in 2013.
• Key Member from Procurement team along with the Finance and Tech team to Implement
Vendors Payment Automation system in 2016.
• Key Member from Procurement team along with the Tech team in upgrading SAP B1 system

Updating & filtering the database of clients for various exhibitions.
• Preparing BOQ and Quotations for the Exhibition stands.
• Correspondence with the clients via mails & phone.
• Co-ordinating with clients and distributing the all type of job to concerned supervisors.
• Onsite supervision during exhibitions period such as stand Construction, Electrical
and Furniture Supervision.
