Visit dealer and supervise dealership to ensure on time activation of establishment across
Karnataka.
• Co-ordinate in assigning the service and sales vendors to the dealers.
• Pre-check and verify the financial background of the dealers.
• Train the dealers on using Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Audit checks in dealership to meet the standards as per Royal Enfield
Handling a team of 8, which handles the entire billing of stores located in Bangalore.
• End to end financial transaction of all the dealers.
• Inventory management through SAP systems of stores located in Bangalore.
• Analysis of store and market performance by processing reports.
• Overlooking of accounts and audit checks.
Handling sales team of branch store on achieving day to day responsibilities and motivating them for
achieving management target.
• Organizing product marketing events such as display, road show and test ride camp.
• Planning & forecasting on supplies for next months.
• Maintaining Customer Profile for better understanding of market and improve concentration on the
right direction for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting monthly customer meets to understand and improve on customer satisfaction.
