• Author and present reports on service improvement initiatives, and readiness of equipment, and end-user support.
• Keep records and maintain inventory of all ICT equipment.
• Linux-windows Mail server administration /Intranet Mail administration and support (Squid Proxy, Squirrel mail/Web mail, Linux Webmin).
• Support and maintenance of Telecommunications equipments and connectivity devices (Routers, Switches, LAN gateways, PABX, VHF, HF &UHF Radio systems and repeaters).
• Structured cabling for Data and Voice Networks.
• Liaising with external suppliers for contracted ICT services.
