● Ensure all the Technical to Non-technical positions are filled in a timely manner.
● Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers.
● Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers.
● Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
● Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position.
● Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
● In charge for preparing, processing, assisting of Working visa (for our expat employees)

● Updating the Credential and Details per employee.
● Updating manually the expiration of Visa and Working Permit.
● Employee benefits application (Tin # application)
● Processing Working Permit in DOLE
● Attending Hearing and assisting employees in Bureau of Immigration.
● Preparing papers for the employee who are resigned.
● Responsible for the money each transaction.
∙ Responsible for end to end Manual and System-based timekeeping.
∙ Monitoring of Daily Time Record of Filipino and Expatriate employees.
∙ Prepare reports for Monitoring of Tardiness.
∙ Handles Employees Leave monitoring, balances and tracking.
∙ Prepares Monthly Perfect Attendance Report.
∙ Creates and serves Tardiness Memorandum and Resolution.
∙ Monitoring of in-between breaks (Punches) of all employees
∙ Monitoring of CCTV; Prepare Incident Report; Serves Disciplinary Memo for Company Policy Violation.
∙ Receive and encode Timekeeping Forms.
∙ Maintaining Company master list.
Others:
● Responsible for recruitment activities from sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, preparing of exams, reference check (background check) and pre-employment requirements.
● Conducts the orientation to the newly hired employees.
● Assisting in the conduct of company events (company outing, company anniversary, company Christmas party, birthday, etc)
∙ Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment.
∙ Responsible for assisting in all stages of the recruitment cycle, from responding to inquiries, arranging interviews, attending job fairs, completing job offer paperwork and supporting successful staff.
∙ Support on the other tasks that was given by the HR Supervisor and by the Top Management.
